Proud to have Xero bronze certification

Keeping track of money is essential to running a successful business. Yet everything you need to do to be compliant can take time away from doing the actual ‘work’ of your business.  

We are very proud to announce that we are now a bronze partner with Xero.   

We chose to use the Xero accounting software as we felt it offers the best package for both ourselves and our clients.  

Xero releases monthly product updates to keep track of any changes. With Cloud software, all updates are automatic. Every transaction made, every profit and loss and other information is instantly updated onto your private account. As a business owner, you need to be confident the numbers provided by your accountant are up to date.  

Using Xero, it is simple for any business owner to raise invoices and upload expense receipts easily.  

How using Xero, we can work better for our clients?  

We can:

• bring all our client contacts and details together, organise them, and see upcoming work;  
• click through to work we need to do and when it’s due;  
• get alerted when something needs our attention; 
• gather documents from clients;
• create and send requests for documents and raise queries to all our clients securely and keep track of what we have requested; 
• import bank transactions; and
• get details of all bank transactions into Xero ready for regular reconciliation.

We can reconcile and report  

• bank transactions reconciled with automated transaction matching; and
• manage fixed assets, prepare budgets and generate reports.
